Job Summary
We're looking for a Senior QA Automation & Performance Test Engineer who can provide technical leadership across multiple projects while driving both Test Automation and Performance Testing initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building automation frameworks, improving testing practices, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Test Automation and Performance Testing initiatives across projects.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Python + Selenium OR Java + Selenium.
- Develop and execute performance tests using tools like JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive QA best practices and improve automation processes.
- Mentor QA engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- 6-10 years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python + Selenium OR Java + Selenium.
- Experience building scalable automation frameworks.
- Strong API testing and automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and software testing best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), OMS, or E-commerce domains.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with SQL, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
