As our new Product Manager for Women's Healthcare, you will:

Develop and deliver business plans that set new standards in the market.
Craft and execute compelling brand strategies that inspire confidence and drive results.
Design marketing campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals and customers alike.
Train, motivate, and equip our sales teams with deep product knowledge and winning tools.
Lead impactful events to strengthen brand presence and support business objectives.
Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
Drive performance, preparing forecasts, budgets, and promotional plans to achieve ambitious goals.

What You'll Bring

Pharmacy degree (Master's in Business a plus)
8+ years in pharma, including 5+ in product management
Proven success launching and managing brands
Strong leadership, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic, competitive environment
Fluent English and solid digital skills
