Your Impact!

As our new Product Manager for Women's Healthcare, you will:

• Develop and deliver business plans that set new standards in the market.
• Craft and execute compelling brand strategies that inspire confidence and drive results.
• Design marketing campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals and customers alike.
• Train, motivate, and equip our sales teams with deep product knowledge and winning tools.
• Lead impactful events to strengthen brand presence and support business objectives.
• Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Drive performance, preparing forecasts, budgets, and promotional plans to achieve ambitious goals.
• Champion innovation while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

What You'll Bring

• Pharmacy degree (Master's in Business a plus)
• 8+ years in pharma, including 5+ in product management
• Proven success launching and managing brands
• Strong leadership, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic, competitive environment
• Fluent English and solid digital skills
