Job Description:

Be responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of CRM and marketing operations campaigns across multiple channels using Braze.
Manage the marketing and CRM campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery, audience alignment, and campaign effectiveness.
Develop and optimize customer journey workflows, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Optimize marketing operations processes to enhance efficiency, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
Support strategic planning initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion, and retention across CRM touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. (Using Braze is mandatory.)
Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and related marketing strategies.
English TOEIC score of 600+
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Cross-functional coordination.
Passionate in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology, Start-Up, FinTech, Digital currency, Tokenization
