Job Description:
- Be responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of CRM and marketing operations campaigns across multiple channels using Braze.
- Manage the marketing and CRM campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery, audience alignment, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and optimize customer journey workflows, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Optimize marketing operations processes to enhance efficiency, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion, and retention across CRM touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. (Using Braze is mandatory.)
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and related marketing strategies.
- English TOEIC score of 600+
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Cross-functional coordination.
- Passionate in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology, Start-Up, FinTech, Digital currency, Tokenization
