Job Summary

Head of Tablet Platform to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of internal tablet-based platforms used by Relationship Managers, Sales teams, and Branch staff across the bank. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation to enhance employee productivity, streamline operational workflows, and support sales and servicing activities. Fully accountable to define a clear platform & product strategy, vision, roadmap, and the value delivered to retail based on understanding of the customers pain point, competitive landscape, and the bank's strategic direction.
Sets product vision and platform strategy across multiple domains.
Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize projects, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and projects are completed on time.
Aligns product goals with business objectives and market trends.
Oversees cross-team collaboration and governance.
Coaches team members and drives organizational change.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
10+ years of experience in digital platform / product / technology roles
At least 5 years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
Proven experience in banking digital platform or financial services environment
Strong background in internal platforms (Tablet / RM tools / Sales or Branch systems)
Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environment
