Business Analyst – Airline/Cargo Domain

eTeam is hiring experienced Business Analysts for a leading Airline/Cargo client in Bangkok, Thailand. We are looking for professionals with strong Airline/Cargo domain expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in Agile/SDLC environments.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work closely with business users, operations teams, product owners, and technical teams
Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status updates

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong Airline/Cargo domain experience is mandatory
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Thai-speaking candidates preferred
