Business Analyst – Airline/Cargo Domain

eTeam is hiring experienced Business Analysts for a leading Airline/Cargo client in Bangkok, Thailand. We are looking for professionals with strong Airline/Cargo domain expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in Agile/SDLC environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with business users, operations teams, product owners, and technical teams
- Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
- Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status updates
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Airline/Cargo domain experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Thai-speaking candidates preferred
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
