What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Source quality candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, motivations, and career aspirations.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare candidate profiles and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate employment offers and facilitate successful placements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and talent movements to provide valuable recruitment insights.
Ensure recruitment activities and candidate records are accurately maintained within internal systems.
