What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Source quality candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, motivations, and career aspirations.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare candidate profiles and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate successful placements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
- Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and talent movements to provide valuable recruitment insights.
- Ensure recruitment activities and candidate records are accurately maintained within internal systems.
