Work Timings - 11am-8pm IST

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a min of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

Role and Responsibilities :

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Internet/ Product Company
Proven expertise in sourcing and screening candidates across various functions and levels.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
