Work Timings - 11am-8pm IST

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a min of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Internet/ Product Company
• Proven expertise in sourcing and screening candidates across various functions and levels.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
