Job Summary

The role of AI Strategic & Commercial Lead involves responsibility for Leads enterprise-wide AI strategy execution and BU coordination. This person will be expected to work cross-functionally with relevant business units and technical teams. They must ensure that execution aligns with overall AI strategy, compliance requirements, and business goals. The role demands deep subject-matter expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to deliver scalable impact. In addition to delivery excellence, they must support governance, knowledge sharing, and long-term transformation success

Key Responsibilities:

(The position is equivalent to Senior Vice President (SVP) level)

Define and execute AI strategy across business units.
Lead strategic planning and prioritization of AI use cases.
Collaborate with business units and technical teams.
Establish governance and reporting frameworks for AI programs.
Monitor performance and value realization of AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or certifications in AI/ML strategy preferred.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in strategy, technology, or commercial leadership roles.
Experience in large-scale transformation programs and cross-BU coordination preferred.
Leadership and strategic thinking.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Understanding of AI strategy and business value creation.
Problem-solving and decision-making under complexity.
Ability to drive innovation and manage cross-functional teams.
