Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to plant maintenance systems.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise applications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
Resource should be experienced in SAP Compatible Units skill.
