- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to plant maintenance systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource should be experienced in SAP Compatible Units skill.
