About the Role - We are looking for the talented candidate to join our Regional Team based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to Head of Ecommerce - SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor SEB brand accounts weekly across all APAC markets (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Collect, organize, tag, and repost approved content to central/regional pages within agreed timelines.
Produce bi-weekly and monthly performance reports (Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Views, Followers) using established dashboards and templates.
Analyze content performance across markets to identify successful formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, creators, and platform-specific trends.
Deliver bi-weekly content intelligence reports highlighting:

- Emerging social media trends and platform updates.

- Top-performing content formats and creative approaches.

- High-potential content from local markets that can be adapted regionally.

- Recommendations for future content production.

Proactively recommend short-form content opportunities based on performance data, consumer behavior, seasonal moments, and platform trends.
Coordinate with local market PICs on content approvals, content sourcing, and usage rights.
Create 10-12 short-form videos per month for regional channels, including product demonstrations, trend adaptations, and performance-driven content concepts.
Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to identify emerging best practices and content opportunities.
Support the team on PR/PO submissions accurately and on time ; maintain status tracker.

Key Requirements

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts ecosystems, metrics, and best practices.
Ability to analyze content performance and convert data into actionable creative recommendations.
Understanding social media trends, creator economy dynamics, and short-form video best practices.
Experience creating content briefs, content concepts, or creative recommendations.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and influence creative decisions.
Good English communication skills for regional collaboration across 10+ APAC markets.
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, CapCut, Canva, or similar video editing tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing recurring operational tasks while maintaining a strategic mindset.
Experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or e-commerce is preferred
