Commercial Performance & Execution

Store Operations & Compliance

Ensure excellence in daily operations including Fitting Room practice, Stock Transfer SOPs, Security SOPS, POS, and audit readiness
Maintain discipline in cash handling, processes, and compliance
Resolve operational issues with speed and accountability

Inventory & Stock Management

Ensure stock accuracy, availability, and replenishment
Oversee stock takes, transfers, and loss prevention
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising to allocate and replenish items to the right store and in the right amounts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3–5 years in a multi-store / area management role.
Proven track record in fashion sport retail or premium brand management, with strong exposure to store operations, clienteling, and customer experience excellence.
Experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and commercial KPIs across multiple locations.
Solid background in people leadership, talent development, and succession planning.
Experience in new store openings, market expansion, or brand launch projects is highly desirable.
