Business Unit Head (Immunology/Dermatology) – Thailand

Reports to Regional Head based in Singapore

Our client, a growing specialty pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced Business Unit Head to lead commercial operations and drive business growth in Thailand

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall business performance and P&L for the assigned business unit in Thailand.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
Drive product launch, portfolio management, and commercial excellence initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to deliver business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution.
Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and strategic stakeholders.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance, ensuring achievement of financial and commercial targets.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience leading a Business Unit, Franchise, or Commercial team.
Strong background in Immunology and/or Dermatology is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in product launches, portfolio management, and P&L ownership.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in Specialty Care or Innovative Pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
