Business Unit Head (Immunology/Dermatology) – Thailand
Reports to Regional Head based in Singapore
Our client, a growing specialty pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced Business Unit Head to lead commercial operations and drive business growth in Thailand
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business performance and P&L for the assigned business unit in Thailand.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Drive product launch, portfolio management, and commercial excellence initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to deliver business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and strategic stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance, ensuring achievement of financial and commercial targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience leading a Business Unit, Franchise, or Commercial team.
- Strong background in Immunology and/or Dermatology is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in product launches, portfolio management, and P&L ownership.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in Specialty Care or Innovative Pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
