What You'll Do

Plays a critical role in overseeing customer service operations and ensuring service delivery is managed effectively and consistently as included replacement work. This role is responsible for leading the customer service team, handling escalated customer issues and complaints, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that service standards and response timelines are met.

This position is also essential for maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting operational continuity, monitoring team performance, and driving timely resolution of customer concerns. Replacing this role is necessary to ensure uninterrupted service operations, maintain service quality, and provide proper leadership and decision-making support for the team.

As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will:
