Requirements
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills both Thai & English.
- Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with a proven track record in marketing or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inquiries via LINE OA and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare proposals, and tariff rates; negotiate terms and finalize commercial term.
- Coordinate with agents and internal teams to facilitate and secure shipments.
- Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Support marketing activities and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports.
