Our Client - a multinational company is looking for a 3D Graphic Designer to join their Retail Marketing team in Bangkok with Regional Scope:
Position: 3D Graphic Designer (Thai-Citizens Only)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Role Overview
We are seeking a 3D Graphic Designer with strong expertise in 3D environment and store layout design, alongside solid skills in graphic and POSM design. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills and creative design expertise to deliver impactful retail concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, shopper behavior, and market needs across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- 3D Environment & Store Design
- Develop store layout plans, fixture designs, and 3D visualizations.
- Create engaging retail environments that enhance shopper experience and align with brand positioning.
- Collaborate with trade and local marketing teams to adapt designs to various market contexts.
- Graphic Design & POSM
- Design and adapt POSM materials for in-store activation.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all markets.
- Support ongoing POSM adaptation needs in collaboration with local teams.
- Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage multiple store design projects each month, plus POSM adaptation support.
- Liaise with external fabricators and vendors to ensure feasibility and execution quality.
- Collaborate with CA Trade & Local Trade teams, and occasionally management, for approvals.
- Ensure designs are within budget and aligned with internal benchmarks and project guardrails.
Software Stack & Tools
- SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Nice-to-have: 3ds Max, V-Ray (or other rendering tools), After Effects (for motion graphics).
Ways of Working
- Based in Bangkok with occasional travel to stores/vendors for key projects.
- Work closely with external fabricators and cross-functional market teams.
- Support markets across Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia.
Qualifications & Experience
- 35 years of experience in 3D design, retail environments, fixtures, or spatial layouts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing store layout designs, 3D visualizations, and POSM executions.
- Experience with premium appliance or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Good understanding of brand guidelines and shopper behavior.
- Native Thai speaker with conversational English
