Work you'll do

• Own and grow the advisory pipeline through independent origination - unsolicited proposals, RFP leadership, deal pricing strategy
• Maintain a senior network of CFO/C-suite relationships that generates repeat business
• Hold P&L accountability across a portfolio of accounts or engagements
• Shape the firm's advisory market positioning through service innovation and technology alliances (Workiva/Prophix)
• Build practice talent strategy including recruiting, succession planning, and capability development
• Represent the firm externally through speaking engagements, publications, and industry bodies

Requirements

• More than 13 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or consulting within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and financial analytics.
• Experience with leading EPM platforms
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and deliver complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and people development experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting revenue growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline MBA and/or CPA/CA/CFA preferred
