Work you'll do

  • Lead workstreams within PMI integration and finance transformation engagements
  • Strong technical grounding in consolidation, close processes, and internal controls
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality across multi-workstream engagements
  • Build relationships with client finance leadership and manage day-to-day stakeholder communication
  • Develop business cases and track synergies for M&A-related projects
  • Coach and review the work of junior team members
  • Working knowledge of finance transformation trends preferred

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or consulting within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and financial analytics.
  • Experience with leading EPM platforms
  • Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and deliver complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and people development experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting revenue growth initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline MBA and/or CPA/CA/CFA preferred
