About this role:

This role will be responsible for developing course materials, providing training and assessment, and other related activities in the VET Sector in Australia. We are seeking individuals who have a background in Commercial Cookery or relevant field and are willing to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

Course Materials Development

• Development of Learner guides (textbook-like guide for students)
• Development of learning materails
• Development of Assessment Tools (the exam-paper-like materials by which students are assessed)
• Development of self-study guides

Training and assessment

• Deliver training (classes) to international students
• Assess students based on their performance in their assessment (examination).

Record keeping

• Keep track of tasks and responsibilities completed, including documents, classes and other relevant tasks.

Qualifications:

• Graduated in Commercial Cookery or any related field.
• Experience as a chef, sous chef, or head chef.
• Excellent writing English skills.
• Has practical experience in cookery field
