Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Accessories Designer to develop seasonal collections across shoes, bags, jewelry, caps, and hats. The role requires strong trend awareness, technical knowledge, and the ability to translate concepts into market-ready products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal accessories collections aligned with creative and business direction
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and product specifications
- Research trends, materials, and consumer insights
- Collaborate with merchandising and product development teams
- Source materials and coordinate with suppliers on cost, quality, and timelines
- Review samples to ensure design accuracy and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Accessories Design
- 24 years of accessories design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing shoes and bags (other accessories a plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good understanding of materials and construction processes
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to manage multiple deadlines
