We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth from existing accounts. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our IT solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand clients business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements; act as a trusted advisor.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products and services.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle renewals, contract negotiations, and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts.
- Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide regular updates on account progress, sales forecasts, and market insights to the sales team and management.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Who Should Apply:
- Bachelor's degree or Above in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, products, and services, with a strong understanding of current technology trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
