Our Partner is a dynamic digital agency that specializes in delivering innovative marketing solutions designed to connect brands with their audiences in impactful ways.

About the Role

They are looking for a highly driven Account Director who specializes in E-commerce channels, especially TikTok. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital solutions, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG, and a proven track record in exclusive account management, P&L ownership, and client negotiations.

This role is open to both in-house and agency backgrounds, with preference for candidates from global brands who understand how to scale and lead high-value accounts in the digital commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key e-commerce accounts, with a strong focus on TikTok channel strategy & execution.
  • Drive end-to-end account management, ensuring high client satisfaction and delivering strong business results.
  • Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, optimizing revenue growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate and manage exclusive account partnerships, ensuring long-term collaboration and brand impact.
  • Develop and execute digital solution strategies to support client business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Provide strategic consultation to clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to elevate account servicing standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 510 years of experience in account management within digital/commerce environments (in-house or agency).
  • Strong background in cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG.
  • Proven expertise in TikTok e-commerce and managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Experience in handling global brand accounts with strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and deliver revenue growth.
  • Previous experience in managing exclusive accounts/partnerships is a strong plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
