Job Description

Role Overview

As the Account Director, you will wear multiple hats – strategist, consultant, client champion, and team leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing leader to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all aspects of digital marketing.
  • Proactively understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Develop and present customized digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, content) to create and execute seamless digital marketing experiences.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase expertise and value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Jenosize remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI and identify areas for optimization.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to clients in a clear and actionable way.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client-side marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, data analytics, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Client-service mentality and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals (a plus).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment (a plus).
  • Strong English Communication and Presentation (a plus)
