Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned tasks.
Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors, and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendors, and internal teams on the status of projects.
Assist in preparing Ad briefs through client's accordance and data analysis.
Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor's trend/analysis.
Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicate clearly with the Team, and provide proper materials/documentation when necessary.
Assist the Account Manager and other Team members in developing plans, briefs, reports, reviews, timelines, and estimates to ensure the successful implementation of the solution.
Qualification
1-2 years of relevant experience in digital, media, and creative agencies
Fluency in both verbal and written English
With passion for advertising
An analytical mind, being able to understand, make and implement data-driven, performance recommendations.
