Job Summary
The Account Executive supports the account team in managing client relationships and coordinating projects from briefing to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day communication with clients
- Receive client briefs and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare project documents, timelines, and reports
- Follow up on project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with creative, media, production, and vendor teams
- Support presentations and client meetings
- Handle basic project administration and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 15 years of experience in Account / Client Service (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of marketing, advertising, or digital media
