We are looking for a talented and driven Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team at Lockton Wattana Thailand. This is a full-time position based in Silom, Bangkok, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued clients which are private jet operator, private owner of aircraft and small to medium-size regional airlines.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Preparing quotation, placing slip, policy wordings and invoices to complete placement process.
- Handling aviation insurance/reinsurance placement for new enquiries or renewal accounts.
- Coordinating on aviation claim handling for a time to time.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5-10 years in insurance industry e.g. insurance company or insurance broker
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel overseas to meet clients in Southeast Asia region
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Having Non-Life Insurance Broker License will be helped for consideration.
