What the day will look like
- Responsible for supporting the Supervisor in the design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programs.
- Day-to-day management of all client service activities.
- Retention and development of existing accounts.
Account Administration
- Assisting Supervisor in managing workflow / priorities of all clients under their team responsibility.
- Ensuring all documentation / procedures are in compliance with the Group Standards.
- Setting / monitoring of team budgets in conjunction with the Director.
- Attending client meetings.
- Attending surveys and Risk Management activities as designated.
Account Monitoring
- Attending client enquiries.
- Arranging for the processing of adjustments / amendments to insurance programs.
Renewal Strategy
- Assisting with Broking and Pre-Renewal Strategy planning.
- Insurer (and reinsurer) negotiations on premium, policy terms, wordings and endorsements.
- Completing placement of covers, policy and endorsement (Coordinated by Supervisor)
- Client Renewal Report and Insurance Manual preparation

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor's Degree or higher level
- At least 3 years experience in the Insurance Industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Native Thai Speaker
- IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)
- Good interpersonal & Communication skills
- Customer service skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
