Job Description

The Account Executive is required to look after policy renewal for the assigned global accounts and business development operating for all non-life insurance products, coordinating with team leader and team members in solving problems, providing best services to the clients and maintain good relationship with controlling offices, clients, insurers and other departments of Aon Thailand.

What the day will look like

Client

  • To coordinate with controlling office for global program
  • To review coverage, terms of non-program policy to suit the client's business with the most competitive terms and premium
  • To offer new coverage for the client's consideration
  • To visit clients as required by controlling offices or when appropriate
  • To educate clients on insurance knowledge

Claim

  • To co-ordinate with claims department on claim settlement and update records for controlling office
  • To follow up the outstanding claims for renewal negotiation

Finance

  • To co-ordinate with Accounting Department to follow up the outstanding premium
  • To monitor minimum income earned from each client and follow up minimum fee/allocated fee from controlling office
  • To develop organic growth
  • Interdependency:
  • To refer new businesses to H&B and REI

GENERAL DUTIES

  • To arrange the renewal invitation professionally
  • To send renewal closing in writing
  • To check the correctness of policy wordings, terms & conditions
  • To issue Debit/Credit Notes
  • To perform other duties assigned by superiors

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Valid Direct, Reinsurance, or Life Insurance licenses
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in non-life insurance
  • Strong customer service approach with a focus on delivering high-quality client support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Solid understanding of non-life insurance products and related processes
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Thai with good proficiency in English
