Job Description

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, and ensure all project activities align accordingly.
  • Develop project plans that align with client goals and deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Support client retention by maintaining long-term relationships and continuously delivering value.
  • Attend client meetings, summarize key points, and ensure all follow-up actions are clearly communicated and executed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising agency or account management role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in project planning, budget control, and client servicing.
