What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Account Management Lead with 2-4 years of experience, based in our Bangkok office, to lead our Thailand inbound sales, renewals, and account management function. This role is the commercial backbone of our Thailand operation - owning the full client lifecycle from inbound lead conversion through renewal and upgrade, while managing a small team and driving projects that improve our commercial processes.
This position reports directly to the COO and manages one Account Executive. We are looking for someone who combines strong sales execution with a service-oriented mindset - someone who can close deals, retain clients, and proactively identify upgrade opportunities based on genuine use-case fit.

Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales: Convert inbound leads into paying subscribers through product demos, consultative selling, and plan recommendations based on the client's use case and business needs.
- Renewals & Retention: Own the renewal pipeline — proactively engage clients ahead of renewal dates, identify churn risks, and maintain high retention rates across the Thailand subscriber base.
- Upgrade & Expansion: Identify and execute upgrade opportunities by understanding client usage patterns and recommending plan changes that genuinely fit their growing needs.
- Account Management & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries — resolving how-to questions, coordinating bug resolution with the product team, and ensuring clients are fully utilizing the platform.
- Reporting & Client Feedback: Produce weekly qualitative and quantitative reports on client feedback, sales performance, and market insights. Translate frontline client interactions into actionable product and commercial recommendations.
- Team Management: Manage one Account Executive, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Project Management: Lead and execute commercial operations projects — examples include automating invoicing and receipts, improving onboarding flows, and building client-facing resources.

- Bangkok (Hybrid - in office 3 days a week)
- Office near Thonglor BTS station
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Native-level Thai proficiency (daily client communication is in Thai)
- Professional English proficiency (internal communication, reporting)
- 2-4 years relevant work experience in sales, account management, or customer success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS sales or account management
- Familiarity with e-commerce sellers or SME clients in Thailand
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Previous experience in a startup environment
