Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Partner / Associate Director Account Management to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia. This role can be based in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, or Bali.
This is a senior individual contributor role for professionals who thrive in high-ownership, high-impact client environments. You will act as a trusted commercial and revenue advisor to hotel groups and travel enterprises, driving measurable business outcomes through strategic account expansion.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgment, deep hospitality domain expertise, and executive-level client presence, without people management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Strategic Account Ownership & Growth
- Own a portfolio of enterprise hotel and travel accounts across Southeast Asia.
- Act as a strategic revenue consultant to hotel partners, helping optimize total revenue by growing brand-direct business while maximizing performance across OTAs and other indirect channels.
- Drive revenue expansion through cross-sell and upsell across Distribution, Marketing, and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Ensure high renewal rates while increasing product depth and long-term account value.
Commercial Execution & Deal Leadership
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Build and present data-backed commercial proposals aligned with client business priorities.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Implementation teams to unlock account growth.
Client Value & Executive Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Revenue, Distribution, Marketing, and Technology functions.
- Translate RateGain's capabilities into tangible, measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Ensure delivery excellence by aligning internal teams and proactively managing risks.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing market insights and feedback with product and leadership teams.
Market & Industry Contribution
- Track competitive dynamics, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the SEA hospitality ecosystem.
- Represent RateGain in client forums, industry events, and strategic discussions where relevant.
- Contribute to regional go-to-market and account strategy discussions as a senior IC.
Experience & Background
- 710 years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or consultative sales within SaaS, MarTech, travel tech, or hospitality solutions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through account expansion in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
Core Skills & Expertise
- Strong grasp of B2B SaaS and MarTech business models.
- Hands-on experience helping hotels grow revenue through Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Search, Website Optimization, CAC, ROAS, and Retention strategies.
- Ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
