Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Management Team Lead to lead a team of Account Executives/Account Managers and drive partner growth and retention. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, account strategy, and cross-functional coordination to deliver strong partner performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers/Executives to achieve partner growth targets.
- Own account strategy across a portfolio (segmentation, prioritization, account plans, and performance reviews).
- Drive retention, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and partner activation of key products/programs.
- Build strong relationships with partner decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product/Tech, Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution and partner success.
- Monitor performance using data and dashboards; provide reporting and forecasts to leadership.
- Improve team processes, playbooks, and ways of working to increase productivity and partner outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Account Management / Key Accounts / Customer Success / Partner Growth (marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or platform businesses preferred).
- 13 years experience leading or mentoring a commercial/account team (formal people manager preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident working with senior partner stakeholders.
- Analytical and structured; comfortable using data to drive decisions (Excel/Sheets, CRM).
- Ownership mindset: proactive, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Thai fluency required; English working proficiency is a plus.
