Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the digital field and/or in an Account Executive position is a plus.
  • Good understanding of digital agencies, particularly those specializing in online and social marketing.
  • Intermediate English communication skills.
  • Highly sociable and outgoing personality.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines and changing client needs.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of advertising and marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis, budgeting, and time management.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend and work closely with the team on pitching projects and new business opportunities, including consolidating presentations to propose to clients.
  • Take ownership of assigned campaigns or accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your clients.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements, ensuring all ideas align with the brief, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with planners to develop campaigns that meet client objectives and budgets, and assist in executing the marketing strategy.
  • Brief campaign ideas to internal teams, including Strategic, Creative, Production, Online Media, and Social Media Teams, as well as to external partners.
  • Generate billings, manage budgets, and control working timelines while maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Report project status, performance, and key updates to clients top executives.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout all stages of the campaign.
  • Lead and guide team members to achieve project and business goals.
