About the Role: We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of integrated marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day account operations while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day management of assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Live and breathe today's digital and social consumer, with deep understanding of platform culture (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta) and how content earns attention organically before paid amplification.
- Translate client business challenges into social-first and integrated strategies that drive brand growth and performance outcomes.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Project Management teams to develop cultural insights, platform-native thinking, and seamless campaign execution.
- Represent the agency confidently, articulating points of view clearly to clients.
- Identify competitive threats and work proactively to protect and grow client business.
- Monitor account health, delivery quality, and performance signals, escalating risks and presenting solutions as needed.
- Develop and deliver high-quality client presentations.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying cross-service opportunities and supporting upsell initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 46+ years in a social-first agency, digital agency, or eCommerce environment.
- Background in eCommerce, social commerce, or marketplace ecosystems (e.g., TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing ecosystems.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a social-first mindset and campaign planning experience.
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai is strongly preferred.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Acts with integrity, builds trust, and sets high standards of performance.
