Your role will involve:
- Managing our agency's key accounts
- Ensuring the client's strategic goals are satisfied
- Establishing and maintaining an efficient account management process
- Preparing and delivering proposals, reports, and reviews
- Mentoring and leading a team of account executives
- Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management
