Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to work on our client's project. In this role, you will be the bridge between the clients and the cutting edge of digital marketing, with high-level strategy to day-to-day campaign execution.

This role will manage a diverse portfolio of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, UAC), Facebook Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn Ads, driving business growth through innovative pitching and performance optimization.

Responsibility:

• Maintain strong ties with existing clients and lead the charge in acquiring new business through persuasive proposal pitching.
• Recommend cross-channel marketing strategies and consult with clients on project requirements to ensure their goals are met.
• Confidently present campaign pitches and manage budget allocations to maximize ROI.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including content creation, social media management, and business analytics.
• Coordinate with internal digital media, creative, and operations teams (or 3rd party partners) to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Monitor work progress and maintain proactive communication with clients at every stage of the project.
• Prepare and present performance reviews to clients and management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Executive or Account Management role.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
• Able to work on-site at the office in Bang Na, with a willingness to visit clients or attend business events as needed.
