About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading social commerce and e-commerce agency in Thailand. The company partners with top local and international brands and specializes in live shopping, video commerce, and end-to-end store management across major marketplaces.

The Account Manager will be responsible for owning client relationships, driving GMV, and leading a small team to deliver high-impact campaigns and day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end shopping management / shopping entertainment activities, including live and video shopping campaigns.
  • Monitor GMV / GMX performance in real time and proactively identify opportunities to grow sales.
  • Review and interpret client budgets and performance reports, and translate them into clear, actionable commercial plans.
  • Own and deliver on key KPIs, including:
  • GMV (for both agency and brand perspectives)
  • Customer Satisfaction (CS)
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (media, creative, live, and operations) to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal management and client review meetings.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sub-team of approximately 810 team members.
  • Report directly to the Cluster Account Manager.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, live commerce, or related sales/marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with online platforms (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, Lazada or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage clients, handle multiple projects, and work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident negotiation skills with clients on plans, KPIs, and budgets.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level able to communicate effectively with international clients in both written and spoken form.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team is required.
