Lead Account Manager - Control and Safety Valves
We are seeking a Lead Accounts Manager to join our Curtiss-Wright Farris team.
Focused on Pressure Relief Valves, the Lead Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of high-value client accounts while developing new business opportunities. This role will drive the growth of existing accounts, identifying areas for increased revenue and fostering long-term relationships. The Lead Account Manager will also actively pursue new business opportunities in their specified geographic area or industry/product segment on a national or geographic basis.
Salary Information: 2,303,462.40 Baht annually to 3,455,193.60 Baht annually.

Your Challenge
- Acts as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in both existing and prospective clients. Develops and executes tailored account strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring the maximization of account value through cross-selling, upselling and renewals. Focuses on customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring long-term partnerships. Regularly assesses the client's evolving needs and provides solutions to address challenges. Conducts regular performance reviews with clients, ensuring that project milestones, deliverables, and service levels meet or exceed client expectations. (40%)
- Leverages industry expertise to identify and assess new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients. Builds and maintains a healthy sales pipeline, overseeing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. Develops tailored proposals and presentations to win new business. (20%)
- Ensures the profitability of each account, monitoring costs, margins and timelines. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and financial forecasting. Provides regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline status and customer feedback to senior leadership. Utilizes CRM systems to track progress and ensure alignment with sales targets. (20%)
- Mentors junior account managers by providing leadership, coaching and feedback. Collaborates cross-functionally with product development, engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions are aligned with customer requirements and are executed effectively. (20%)
Your Expertise
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and developing new business.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, with a focus on complex sales processes, including proposal development, negotiations and long-cycle sales.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring and managing teams.
