Job Description

The Livestream Account Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing livestream commerce activities across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Firework. This role works closely with internal teams, partners, and KAMs to ensure livestream campaigns run smoothly, align with promotional plans, and achieve strong performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly alignment meetings to confirm upcoming livestream promotions and plans.
  • Prepare daily promotion briefs for internal teams and highlight key action points.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, product, promotion) to ensure livestream readiness.
  • Manage product sample loans and ensure the correct products are available for each livestream session.
  • Coordinate with internal account director and KAMs on promotion planning and campaign direction.
  • Align budgets and support for livestream activities such as ads, seeding, and KOL collaborations.
  • Manage livestream operations across Facebook, YouTube, and Firework, including scheduling and setup.
  • Monitor livestream performance and resolve issues in real time to maintain session quality.
  • Manage short-form content assets and post daily livestream teasers on social media.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports covering sales, views, and key insights.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., StarComm, Sociology) on ads, product catalogs, and seeding activities.
  • Select show hosts and prepare scripts or directions for livestream promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 25 years of experience in livestream commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, or account management.
  • Strong experiences in Excel and Microsoft.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and livestream platforms.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English.
