What You'll Do
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you'll:
- Develop and execute strategic account and engagement plans for RUCKUS Networks.
- Build and grow relationships with key enterprise customers, partners, and distributors.
- Forecast revenue, plan projects, and track market trends to drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal and channel teams to deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record in enterprise networking and wireless technology sales (WiFi, LAN/WAN, switching, routing, or security).
- Strong experience in channel sales with established networks among industry players, end users, and partners.
- Excellent market awareness, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a collaborative, high-performance team.
