The Sales (Account Manager) team at Freedom World is responsible for acquiring new partners and merchants, as well as end-to-end deal closure. You'll prospect, run short discovery and demos, prepare proposals, negotiate, and closethen hand off smoothly to Onboarding/Customer Success team. You'll explain our payments-led, loyalty-first platform (closed-loop wallet, missions/rewards, QR/card rails) and simple Web3 perks (tokenized rewards, NFT membership/collectibles) in plain language.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting & Pipeline Creation
- Work on target lists; conduct friendly outreach (calls, LINE/LinkedIn, email) to schedule meetings.
- Qualify opportunities with light research and clear meeting goals.
- Attend company/market events as needed to source and progress leads; capture leads in CRM.
Discovery, Demo & Value Narrative
- Run a concise discovery call/meeting (payments flow, fees, repeat rate, goals, business objective, customer engagement, loyalty program, CRM, business models).
- Demo how wallet + missions/rewards boost repeat purchases; introduce optional Web3/NFT perks in everyday terms.
- Align success criteria and next steps with the partner/merchant to ensure alignment.
Proposal, Negotiation & Closing
- Prepare clear proposals and timelines; handle common questions (fees, effort, launch plan).
- Negotiate with the manager's support when needed and drive to a signature with a simple, mutually agreed-upon plan.
- Complete the handover checklist and pass it to Onboarding/CS.
Events & Light Speaking
- Join trade shows, meetups, and webinars.
- Occasionally speak about success stories and simple loyalty/Web3 use cases.
CRM, Forecast & Feedback
- Keep stages, following actions, and notes tidy for team visibility; provide a simple weekly commit.
- Share field feedback to improve scripts, industry playbooks, and easy Web3 use cases.
Internal Collaboration
- Sales (you): Own the entire sales cycle from outreach discovery/demo proposal/negotiation close handover.
- Business Development (separate team): Focuses on strategic partnerships and consulting/presales (e.g., solution frameworks, strategy decks, ecosystem development). Business development does not own deal closing; they enable and inform Sales.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 14 years in B2B sales/BDR/SDR/account management
- Comfortable with Owners/C-Levels/Decision-Makers in various verticals.
- Nice to have: basic Thai QR/card payments, loyalty/CRM systems, or an interest in Web3/NFT.
- Organized, positive, coachable; confident with daily outreach and online/offline demos.
- Thai fluency; Business English is required
- Occasional travel to the partners or merchants sites is required.
