Your mission
Boost our sales in alignment with MISO&aposs strategies. This is a high impact role that will drive sales, support marketing and input business planning for the digital-first, cloud-first, AI-first world. You will need to do seek new leads, create deals, manage sales pipeline, win deals.
You will also manage customer&aposs relationship and satisfaction with the customers&apos high-level executives and ensure their journey to hybrid work is smooth and sustained.

What you will do:
- Provide IT Solutions Guidance: Help customers design an IT solution roadmap using modern work, hybrid cloud, security, data, AI, and business applications.
- Create Business Plans: Develop detailed business plans to help achieve sales targets and seize opportunities.
- Present IT Solutions: Pitch IT solutions to customers across SMB, Corporate, and Enterprise segments, and help translate their business problems into clear requirements.
- Drive Marketing & Sales: Execute marketing activities, boost sales, and identify opportunities to unlock further revenue from existing and new customers.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including creating proposals and handling customer agreements, quotations, and billing.
- Customer Success & Relationship Building: Act as a proactive partner to ensure customer success, drive customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.
- Support the Team: Contribute to and promote a positive, supportive work environment.
What You Need:
- Sales Skills: Strong experience in B2B sales.
- Tech-Savvy and Problem-Solver: Ability to understand and communicate complex IT solutions.
- Customer Commitment: Focused on achieving sales targets and building a strong customer base.
- Experience with IT Solutions: Proven track record of understanding enterprise IT solutions like modern work, hybrid cloud, security, data, AI, and business applications.
- Connections in the IT Ecosystem: Familiarity with distributors, partners, and customers in Thailands IT ecosystem.
