The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to aid customers in their success using our digital marketing campaign services and products.
Responsibilities
- Be a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Understand online strategies, digital media channels (Search, display, video, social ads and strategies within each) and market demand to be able to give consultation to clients regarding their business objectives.
- Collect and apply learnings from marketing campaign data and market data in order to make suggestions for improvements.
- Stay at the forefront of online industry developments and apply these to clients marketing campaigns.
- Develop and convert new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, formats and platforms.
- Hotel industry marketing experience or online travel background is an advantage.
