Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support Vero's success and growth by managing PR accounts, media relations, events, translations, and content preparation to meet client and agency goals.
• Aid in managing client accounts, particularly in PR, influencer, content creation, and social media.
• Assist in ensuring smooth workflow within the account team.
• Develop effective campaign plans, coordinate client activities, and analyze campaign results for progress reporting.
• Negotiate with clients, troubleshoot problems, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Build relationships with key influencers, media, and suppliers.
• Support press kit creation, including press releases, executive bios, and speech development.
• Ensure timely delivery of client-agreed deliverables.
• Strengthen existing media relationships for team growth.
• Track and report media activities, including client and competitor coverage reports.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and related third parties.
• Participate in new business pitches, providing research support and coordination to establish Vero as a long-term marketing and communications partner.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, Business or Marketing (or equivalent).
• At least 4 years of experience in a PR agency.
• Strong critical thinking and excellent verbal and written skills in English and Thai.
• Creative, open-minded, and adaptable personality.
• Ability to confidently present in front of teams and executives.
• Understanding of client business issues and adeptness in negotiations.
• Effective delegation, workflow completion, and support in market research and analysis.
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Digital, Social media, and Photoshop programs (a plus).
• Ability to stay updated on current affairs and relate them to client situations

TRAVEL & PLACE TO WORK
